How long time does it take?

We ship our laser products to all countries worldwide via TNT Express, FedEx, or Canada Post shipping services. Your item(s) will be shipped directly from us in Toronto, Canada within 2~5 business days of the receipt of your payment. Normally, it takes 3 – 10 business days to arrive your destination. However, for some other shipping services without tracking numbers, the delivery time might be up to 30 business days.

For the items which are out of stock, please contact us to for detailed information by Email, telephone or Fax. Usually, we can arrange your order within 15 to 20 business days after the confirmation of the order.
 

How does it work?

Some of the shipping packages require receiver's signatures,  so please provide a  delivery address where your item(s) can be received and signed during working hours. We do not ship to PO Box addresses, please only provide physical shipping address where your products can be received in person.
 

How to trace your item(s)?

Once your item(s) has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number (or shipping proof)of your shipment by email so that you can trace it anytime online or by calling toll free telephone.
 

How to do if your item is lost during shipping?

ULTRALASERS guarantees the receipt of your item(s). If your item(s) is lost during shipping, we will either provide a full refund or send you a replacement free of charge.
 

Item Warranty or Repair

Items shipped to ULTRALASERS for warranty claims or repair are shipped at owners expense. Repaired items are returned to the purchaser at ULTRALASERS expense. Any item shipped to ULTRALASERS is suggested be insured for the replacement cost of the item. Uninsured shipping damage may affect the ability of a warranty or repair request to be completed. Please contact ULTRALASERS prior to returning any equipment.
