Warranty for DPSS & Diode Lasers

All of the DPSS laser products from ULTRALASERS are covered by 6 month or 12 month warranty (please refer to the detailed porduct description). During the warranty period if there is any problem with your laser product, you can send it back to us for free repair or replacement. However, you have to be responsible for one-way shipping cost. Please do not try to repair a laser by yourself without ULTRALASERS' permission. The warranty of your laser product will be voided if you have removed or tamper with any of its components without our permission.

 Warranty for Portable Lasers

ULTRALASERS will provide a 7-day refund guarantee for all customers who purchase our portable lasers. If you are not completely satisfied with your laser or item, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping cost. 

ULTRALASERS guarantees that the product received by the customer will in appearance as well as in all specifications be as advertised on our website (www.ultralasers.com) or by our staff either through email. If the product does not meet advertised specifications as determined by ULTRALASERS, it will be replaced under Warranty Policy.

ULTRALASERS also provide a 3~6 months product repair / replacement warranty for all of our portable lasers. During the warranty period if there is any flaw, defect or problem with our portable laser product, customer can return it to us for free repair or replacement. However, customer will be responsible for shipping cost both ways.

Warranty for Laser Diodes

Considering there are many uncertain factors which can easily cause damages to Laser Diodes, ULTRALASERS DOES NOT provide warranty for most of our laser diodes unless specific remarked on the product description.   

 Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any product(except for Laser Diodes)  for a full credit or refund, keeping the following in mind.:

a). Item should be in new condition with original pakaging.
b). You should return the item to us within 10 business days of receipt.
c). We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our fault.

In other cases a return postage fee will apply. Before returning any product, you must first email us at services@ultralasers.com for returning address and instructions.
